ABOUT WHERE WE ARE
¿HOW FAR IS THE CLOSEST METRO STATION?
The closest metro station is “Alonso Martinez”. 50 metres from the Hotel and less than 1 minute walking.
3 metro lines are connected at Alonso Martinez Station: 4, 5 and 10, as well as an excellent connection to the direct metro line to the Airport.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET TO GRAN VIA STREET?
Just 10 minutes walking or a couple of metro stations taking line 5.
¿HOW FAR IS “PUERTA DEL SOL”?
About 20 minutes walking through Hortaleza St., crossing Gran Via St. and along pedestrian streets.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET TO PRADO MUSEUM?
You can go in a pleasant 20 minutes walking through the “Paseo de Recoletos” gardens and “Paseo del Prado”, enjoying old cafés and terraces and the Cibeles Square.
CAN WE FIND A SHOPPING AREA NEARBY?
At the Hotel surrounding are the main Madrid´s Shopping areas:
Fuencarral St. and Chueca Quarter: 5 minutes walking.
Goya and Serrano St.: 5 to 10 minutes walking.
Gran Via St.: 10 minutes walking.
CAN WE FIND RESTAURANTS AND BARS AROUND THE HOTEL?
The Hotel is located in one of the most bustling and popular areas at the Capital. Alonso Martinez is well known as a meeting point for locals where some of the best restaurants, bars and night clubs are based. In adition, Chueca and Malasaña quarters are just a few steps from the Hotel which are a reference of Madrid night life.
¿HOW MUCH DOES IT COST A TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT? ¿HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The taxi fare is a fixed price of €33, and the journey takes approximately 25 minutes. A cheaper alternative would be to take the metro: from the airport, take line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios and then change to line 10 to Alonso Martínez.
HOW CAN I REACH IFEMA, THE CONGRESS AND TRADE FAIR COMPLEX?
The easiest way is by metro; from the hotel you would have to take line 10 to Nuevos Ministerios and then line 8 to the Feria de Madrid stop.

Check in from 1pm check-out until 12am.
CAN I LEAVE MY ROOM LATER?
We have a late check out service till 4pm available and it costs just €22, and a day use service till 7pm costs €45.
CAN I LEAVE MY LUGAGGE AT THE HOTEL?
We have a storage service available and complimentary for the check out day.
In case of storage for more days the cost is €3 per piece and day.
CAN I CHOOSE THE BED TYPE? (LARGE BED-TWIN BEDS)
Yes, you can do it, but just if you make your reservation at our on line reservation system where you have choose the room and bed type.
DO YOU HAVE SAFE BOX AT BEDROOMS? IS IT COMPLIMENTARY?
All our rooms are equipped with a safe box and we offer this service complimentary to our guests.
WHAT ABOUT SMOKING AND NON SMOKING ROOMS?
We are a smoke-free space.
ARE THE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING? DOES IT WORK ALL YEAR ROUND?
The hotel has a dual climate control system that operates year-round, so our guests can choose the temperature they want in their rooms individually, regardless of the season.
IS THE HOTEL SUITABLE FOR HANDICAPPED?
Most of the Hotel areas are suited for handicapped access. We have also suited rooms on request. Just the breakfast room has stairs not suited yet to access, but we can serve the breakfast at our Café which is easily reached.
DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARKING AT THE HOTEL? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Tenemos un aparcamiento propio con plazas limitadas. Su coste es de 30€, no obstante, no es posible reservarlo de forma anticipada. Como alternativa, en las inmediaciones hay varios parkings públicos, el más cercado a pie (5 minutos), se ubica en la calle Fernando el Santo 11, con una tarifa bastante similar a la del hotel. Igualmente, les informamos que el hotel dispone de vado para facilitar a nuestros huéspedes el acceso en coche y la carga y descarga de su equipaje.

All the Hotel areas, including rooms, have complimentary high speed WIFI. The access code is given at Reception.
